Job description

. The Assistance Coordinator has overall responsibility to maintain, track and provide reports regarding client PNA and tenant rent collections, utility accounts, Rainbow invoicing, maintain vehicle trackers, process check request for all vendors, and ensure internal trackers are accurate. The Assistant Coordinator is responsible to communicate with all relevant staff and management and to serve as liaison with external vendors. The Assistant Coordinator will provide administrative support as necessary and perform special tasks as assigned by the management team.
Additional Requirements
  • Must have minimum of one year experience in relevant field and,
  • Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in navigating data-base systems

Long hours sitting and using computer and/or office equipment.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Valid driver's license in good standing required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
