Job Summary:
Lone Peak Internal Medicine is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established outpatient practice. This is a full-time, employed opportunity offering a collaborative and supportive work environment alongside a team of experienced Internal Medicine physicians and advanced practice providers.
Practice Details
  • Established outpatient Internal Medicine clinic at Lone Peak Internal Medicine
  • Office located on the Lone Peak Hospital campus for convenient access and care coordination
  • Team-based model with physicians and APPs working collaboratively
  • Strong referral base with established patient population
  • Efficient clinic supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff
Position Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform preventative care and wellness exams
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and care team
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
  • Board certified or board eligible
  • Eligible for state licensure
