Job Purpose
The Manager of Aftersales Precision is responsible for providing technical sales support within the area of Precision Technology to assist dealers in maximizing profitability within their assigned territory. The Manager of Aftersales Precision also works collaboratively with the Aftersales Parts Managers and Inside Sales Representatives to increase the profitability and market share within their shared territory.
This is a sales position responsible for covering the Northwest territory - individual can reside in Idaho, Utah, Nevada or Wyoming.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual dealer needs assessment for precision aftermarket sales, develop action plans for precision products sales, and achieve measurable business results in precision technology.
  • Influence dealers to embrace precision aftermarket programs, promotions, and strategy.
  • Provide dealers with technical and product knowledge support for precision aftersales.
  • Conduct local precision sales training for dealers to advance the effective use of company parts programs to drive sales through the dealer parts counter.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of precision product needs and opportunities as well as current economic conditions for the assigned territory to maintain competitiveness with competing brands.
  • Provide input within the area of precision technology for corporate reports and forecasts for management reporting as necessary.
  • Manage all precision aftersales business aspects for a specific sales territory while serving as company liaison for dealers to satisfy company sales (wholesale/retail) objectives.
  • Support, promote and facilitate precision aftersales offerings to a network of dealers by using data and market knowledge to meet or exceed sale targets, metrics and goals.
  • Gather market intelligence for precision parts marketing teams. Implement parts programs and follow-up as necessary to ensure competitiveness.
  • Focus on activities and strategies that will result in revenue growth and make CNH Industrial the preferred supplier of precision parts for each dealership.
  • Support post-order incidents by working with the appropriate CNH Industrial departments, vendors and dealers, including the coordination of shipments.

Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with 3 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience required.
  • Proven experience with Precision Technology within the Agriculture industry
  • Strong ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work across departments and influence customers.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Precision Agriculture, Agricultural Systems Technology, Agronomy, Crop/Soil Science, Agricultural Systems Management, Agricultural Business.
  • Work experience at an agriculture OEM dealership or aftermarket company that specializes in Agricultural Technology.
  • Retrofitting precision farming solutions on agriculture machines
  • Trouble-shooting precision farming issues and providing solutions.
  • Ability to explain the value proposition of precision farming technology and the agronomic benefits.

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is $86,625 - $132,825 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
