Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter to work with one of our clients. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a passion for connecting talented individuals with the right career opportunities. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
  • Recruit for a variety of positions, including administrative, professional, skilled trades, and light industrial roles.
  • Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
  • Source passive candidates through online databases, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews in both English and Spanish.
  • Assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Verify employment eligibility and assist with onboarding documentation.
