Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Tualatin, OR
Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the maintenance team, including scheduling, assigning work, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Maintain, service, and repair specialized ovens, mixing machinery, conveyors, product handling systems, and other equipment used in baked goods production.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, OSHA standards, and company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records.
  • Assist production teams on the floor to minimize downtime or provide coaching/training when needed.
  • Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, and team members.
  • Work safely around equipment and products emitting heat (approximately 400°F) and in environments with moving machinery, chemicals, dust, noise, humidity, and outdoor conditions.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing plant equipment.
  • Competent welding skills and basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Proficiency with basic office computer software (Word, Excel, email).
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work at heights up to 50 feet.
  • Available to work all shifts and weekends.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to learning and following safety, food safety, and departmental procedures.
