Executive Administrative Support
  • Manage calendars for Managing Directors, including scheduling meetings, coordinating availability, and resolving calendar conflicts.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting materials, conference rooms, video links, and follow-up items as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and related logistics.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and timely, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with special projects, presentations, correspondence, and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of company leadership.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Human Resources Support
  • Provide administrative and generalist support to the HR Department across core HR functions.
