Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough, objective, and timely employee investigations.

  • Partner with leadership to strengthen employee relations and improve workplace morale.

  • Perform routine audits of personnel files and ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliant.

  • Assist the Recruitment Team by participating in hiring events and coordinating recruitment initiatives.

  • Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources experience required.

  • Previous Human Resources Director experience preferred.

  • Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
