The Assistant Controller will play a critical role in financial reporting, process improvement, team leadership, and strategic decision-making within a large, project-driven environment experiencing significant growth.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Assistant Controller, you will partner closely with finance leadership to oversee accounting operations, develop talent, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic initiatives.

  • Strong background in WIP accounting, job costing, and project-based accounting environments.
  • Construction industry experience is required; engineering, industrial manufacturing, HVAC, or similar project-driven industries will also be considered.
  • CPA preferred.
  • Experience within larger organizations and the ability to lead through growth and complexity.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP system experience; CMiC exposure is a significant plus.
Compensation
Competitive base salary generally ranging from $155,000 to $200,000+, depending on experience and qualifications, plus annual bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
