Overview

Our clinical team works a hybrid work from home schedule. Responsible for day-to-day case management of assigned clinical cases. This can include, but is not limited to:ย 

Responsibilities
  • Creating appropriate programming for the client based upon the results from initial and ongoing evaluations, needs of the client, as well as provide support utilizing best ethical practices.ย ย 
  • Maintain clinical requirements for client supervision based upon the guidelines set forth by the specific insurance company or community mental health organization in addition to the specifications listed within Gateway policies and procedures.ย 
  • Lead and mentor technicians on individual patient plan implementation and quality of treatment.ย 
  • Meet with treatment staff, as needed, to help assist in case management and staff continuing training and development.ย 
  • Exercise discretion and independent management of client services and supervision of treatment protocols based upon Gateway policies and procedures, and in accordance with Gateway organizational philosophy/mission.ย 
  • Determine appropriate and effective techniques to be used in implementation of goals of any treatment plans.ย 
  • Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, and based upon these assessments, design and maintain top quality treatment programs, which align with Gateway policies/procedures and organizational philosophy/mission.ย 
  • Oversee and maintain accurate and organized records, client notes, data, and reports for internal and external processes.ย 
  • Encourage and engage parents and/or caretakers in parent training for all relevant treatment techniques.ย 
  • Prepare and attend client educational meetings such as IEP's and develop treatment recommendations therein.ย 
  • Maintain certification through sufficient and appropriate acquisition of continuing education units (CEUs).ย ย 
  • Attends all required trainings, conferences, colloquium to remain in compliance with guidelines set forth within the policies and procedures of Gateway.ย 
  • Maintain client privacy in accordance with all HIPAA regulations and with Gateway policies and procedures manual.ย 
  • Work cooperatively and courteously with internal staff and outside stakeholders including school personnel and administration, outside service providers, and any and all other persons whom they may come into contact with.ย 
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all client and staff interactions.ย ย 
  • Reports directly to the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelinesย 
  • BCaBA certification from the BACB, in good standingย 
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicableย 
  • 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disordersย 
  • Previous supervision experience is preferredย 
  • Crisis management experience is preferredย 
  • Travel to in-homes and local clinics
