Aptus Health Care is looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Collaborating closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you will provide support in data collection, supervision, and training of direct care staff to ensure treatment goals are achieved.

Requirements
Education:
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field

Certification:
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification

Experience:
  • Prior experience working in a clinical setting with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred

Skills:
  • Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Work Schedule:
