About the Role
As a BCaBA, you will assess client needs, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and lead the clinical direction for ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will support and mentor Behavioral Technicians while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with families.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress
  • Develop and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BTs
  • Analyze data and implement treatment modifications as needed
  • Collaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization and consistency
  • Ensure treatment is compliant with ethical, clinical, and funding guidelines

Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Board Certification (BCaBA) in good standing

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans
  • Ability to supervise and support clinical staff effectively
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in clients' homes
