Overview
As a Technical Team Lead - eDiscovery & Archiving Technology - Strategic Data Archive within the Archiving Tech product family. You will be responsible for contributing to the design and implementation of innovative technical solutions. You will help build and support a cutting-edge platform that plays a vital role in our Archival ecosystem-offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our technology and culture. Additionally, you will support the execution of projects that align with our goals

What You'll Do
  • Support the end-to-end execution of business deliveries, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities under pressure; Work alongside teams in analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement to drive product development
  • Provide timely updates on project status to stakeholders and product leadership
  • Translate data insights into actionable product features that deliver value to end users
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to refining business needs, setting milestones, and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing requirement documents, functional specifications, and coordinating workshops to ensure clarity and alignment

Skills You'll Need
  • Hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on coding, solution architecture, and end-to-end technology delivery. Including .Net, C#, building Microservices, Cloud Development (Google Cloud Platform /Azure/AWS), Application Programming Interface Development. Nice to have Python, Java and/or Terraform experience
  • Deep understanding of public cloud platforms, services, and best practices
  • Good working experience in containerization tools such as docker
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Deployment with Kubernetes, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions

Expectations
It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $185000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
