Job description

2026 - 2027 School Year
Position Description:
The intention of this position is to support and assist the school's athletic department and Athletic Director in a variety of tasks and supervisions. 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Supervise and assist Homecoming Week, dances and Prom and other activities as assigned
  • Supervise and support fine and performing art events
  • Supervise and support class events (i.e. senior sunrise, Triple A, freshman orientation etc.)
  • Supervise and support activity competitions (i.e. debate, scholastic bowl, band, esports)
  • Supervise and support community events (holiday sings, parades, etc.)
  • Attend Fox Valley conference meetings
  • Promote school spirit events
  • Supervise and support at games with spirit squads attendance (home football and high profile basketball)
  • Oversee and provide support for clubs and activities sponsors
  • Obtain student interest and assure alignment of clubs and activities with those interests
  • Assist in hiring club and activity sponsors as needed
  • Support the club sponsor to follow fundraising and travel procedures
  • Collect attendance from activity/club sponsors (ensure clubs attendance numbers)
  • Monitor emerging clubs throughout the year
  • Meet with activity and club sponsors to promote student growth and increase membership
  • Attend Fox Valley conference meetings
  • Liaison between club and activities sponsors with admin
  • Update monthly calendar in Arbiter
  • Inventory oversight as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director or building principal that would naturally align with the position.
