Partnering with Employee Engagement Team

Looking for Activities Manager in Skilled Nursing Home

Job requires working 8:00a-4:30p, some evenings or weekends based on facility needs

Following activities calendar

Encouraging resident participation

Following the resident's plan of care regarding activities

Complete room visits/ 1:1 visits

Update the activity log for each resident daily

Activities to update activities based on resident preferences

Certification preferred
Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
