We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Part-Time Activities to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about planning and executing engaging activities that cater to diverse interests and age groups. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have a knack for creativity and innovation.


- Develop and implement a variety of recreational activities and programs that cater to different interests and abilities.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics for activities, ensuring resources are in place.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance program offerings and participant satisfaction.
- Engage with participants to gather feedback and make improvements to activities.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
- Maintain accurate records of participation and inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Promote activities via various communication channels to increase participation.


- Previous experience in coordination, event planning, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
