Part-Time | Day Shift with occasional evenings and weekends required | Starting at $19.12+ (based upon experience)

As an Activities Assistant, your creativity and compassion help enrich the daily lives of residents through engaging, purposeful programs. You'll be part of a supportive team that values connection, joy, and holistic well-being.
What You Will Do
  • Assist in assessing residents' skills and abilities to identify their needs
  • Support the creation and execution of personalized goals and programs for residents
  • Help plan and facilitate individual and group sessions, incorporating therapeutic and recreational activities
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to evaluate and adapt programs as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interventions, treatments, and progress
  • Assist in sourcing and preparing materials for activities and programs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
What You Bring
  • Background in Health Services or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in Recreational Therapy encouraged but not required
  • Ability to plan, organize, and facilitate activities for individuals and groups
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
