Job description

Announcing Our New Crew Lead Apprenticeship Program!
We are excited to launch the Crew Lead Apprenticeship Program, designed to prepare the next generation of Crew Lead within our field and warehouse teams.
Purpose
This program cultivates dependable and safety-driven professionals into confident team leaders who model operational excellence and inspire others.
Mission
To build a strong pipeline of internal Crew Leads by equipping staff with the technical, leadership, and communication skills needed to succeed.

Program Structure
The apprenticeship is designed in three tiers:
  • Tier 1 - Foundations (90 days)
  • Tier 2 - Field Prep (180 days)
  • Tier 3 - Lead Ready (365 days)

Compensation
  • Start Rate: $20.00/hr
  • Target Finish Rate: $21.50/hr
  • Raises: $0.50 with each tier completion
  • Quarterly Assessments to recognize progress

Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel (per crew needs)
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Willing and able to drive 24' truck (we can train)
  • Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing in English
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
  • Ability to interact directly with customers
  • Basic Math Competency (Count/Manage Inventory)
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to walk, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods of time (8+ hours)
