The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $174,200.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will work closely with a team of designers, developers, product managers, and merchants to bring seasonal creative concepts to life in line with the NikeSKIMS design ethos. This opportunity requires strong collaboration skills to help deliver innovative product solutions while meeting cost requirements, deadlines, and consumer needs. You'll partner with category team members across Design, Development, and Merchandising to ensure the feasibility of designs while supporting product creation timelines and merchandising objectives.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're currently looking for a Senior Apparel Designer to create and develop seasonal design concepts for NikeSKIMS Apparel. Nike Design is a diverse culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovative thinking at every level. This role requires a passion for apparel product creation, strong creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to bring concepts to life from ideation through final product. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling design narratives, paired with a passion for sport, culture, and design.
Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
3+ years of relevant work experience in a design environment working with materials, trims, design, and fit.
Demonstrated passion and understanding of trend and visual culture.
Knowledge of apparel product creation, garment construction, and finishes.
Ability to apply and perform design skills such as drawing/sketching, ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing and scale, visual presentation development, and layout.
Strong communication and presentation skills across a variety of formats.
Ability to identify opportunities to elevate apparel product through craft, construction, and thoughtful design solutions.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and comfortable working within evolving digital spaces.
Passion for discovering new ideas, cultural influences, and opportunities that inspire product innovation.
Ability to contribute diverse perspectives while supporting an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
