Nfinity is seeking an Apparel Production Assistant to support our Custom Wear and E-commerce teams in delivering best-in-class uniforms, apparel, and merchandise to cheerleading programs across the country. This role is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and wants to be a critical part of the customer experience from concept to delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Order Management & Fulfillment

- Track and organize all incoming apparel orders across custom wear, retail, and event-specific lines

- Verify order accuracy and update internal systems


2. Sample & Sizing Kit Logistics

- Ship, receive, and organize sample sets and sizing kits

- Maintain sample inventory and ensure timely returns from customers

- Support reps with clear instructions and documentation


3. Production Support

- Update timelines in real-time for internal and external teams


4. Customer Communication & Support

- Prepare and send updates for order status, timelines, and delays


5. Event Prep & Execution

- Assist with product logistics for major events (Nationals, Combines, Showcases)

- Pack apparel kits and on-site gear

- Support field reps with last-minute product needs or changes



Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Experience in apparel, retail, or event operations preferred

- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Airtable, Slack, and Excel

- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts under pressure

- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
