Job Summary:
Waystar is a company that simplifies healthcare payments through innovative technology. They are seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager responsible for building and executing marketing performance measurement and reporting across the organization, ensuring accurate and actionable insights are provided to leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve Marketing’s Power BI dashboards, including goal tracking, executive scorecards, and pipeline and attribution reporting
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable data models, metric definitions, and reporting outputs that are clear, accurate, and easy to use
• Execute and maintain standardized KPI frameworks, ensuring consistent definitions and calculations across all marketing reporting
• Implement and support multi-touch attribution and pipeline reporting, ensuring data is accurately reflected across systems
• Validate and reconcile data across platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, attribution tools, Power BI), identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Monitor data flows across systems and troubleshoot inconsistencies in partnership with technical teams
• Document data sources, metric logic, and reporting assumptions to support transparency and scalability
• Partner cross-functionally to gather requirements, improve data quality, and enhance tracking and measurement capabilities
• Support improvements to data structure, campaign tracking, and system integrations to increase reporting reliability
• Prepare executive-ready dashboards and reporting outputs to support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or reporting-focused roles in a B2B environment
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development
• Strong hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution and pipeline reporting
• Familiarity with attribution platforms (specifically Marketo Measure)
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo), and marketing data flows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and facilitating working sessions with stakeholders
Preferred:
• Experience with other tech platforms a plus, but not required: Clay, Qualified, Invoca, Walnut.
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environments
• Familiarity with our industry including but not limited to market trends, buying teams, and key players.
• Marketing automation strategy required, Marketo experience preferred.
