The Opportunity

We areseekinga highly motivated Finance Analytics Manager to join our Growth Analytics team. Reporting to the Director of Retention & Growth Analytics, this role supports growth across Adobe's digital business. It uncovers customer insights, finds opportunities, and influences strategic decisions.

You will partner with leaders across Finance, Product, Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Data Science tooptimizethe full customer lifecycle-from acquisition and migrations to retention and attrition. Your work will directly influence how Adobe attracts,retains, and grows its customer base.

We're seeking a professional who loves diving into data and crafting strategy. They are energized by solving complex business problems and motivated by their work's impact on Adobe's growth.

What You'll Do

  • Identifycustomer behavior trends, growth drivers, and business signals across acquisition, migrations, and attrition.Be the catalyst / driver of transforming these opportunities into action.

  • Build analytical frameworks, forecasts, dashboards, and reasons that inform strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities.

  • Partner cross-functionally to evaluate business performance, prioritize opportunities, and influence investment decisions.

  • Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives, from problem definition through implementation and measurement.

  • Drive experimentation and data-driven decision-making through testing and performance analysis.

  • Explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics capabilities, to accelerate insights and business impact.

  • Lead and develop one to two analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Advancedproficiencyin SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytical tools.

  • Experience building financial models, forecasts, and data-driven business recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence decision-making.

  • Experience mentoring or managing analysts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA orMaster'sdegree in a quantitative field.

  • Experience in SaaS, subscription, marketplace, or consumer technology businesses.

  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and statistical analysis.

  • Experience employing AI, machine learning, or LLM-based solutions in a business environment.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,700 -- $256,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $177,100 - $256,500

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
