Join our team as a Marketing Analytics Manager and take ownership of the data that drives our marketing decisions across every Gabriella White brand and channel. This role interprets performance across website, email, social, and search, leads our agency of record partnership for paid media and SEO, and manages the database and direct-response program that keeps our customer relationships strong. You'll turn raw numbers into clear recommendations our leadership can act on, and make sure every marketing dollar is working as hard as it can. WHAT YOU DO

  • Interprets marketing performance data across website, email, social, and search using Windsor.ai, GA4, Klaviyo, and Google Search Console.
  • Analyzes email performance across four Klaviyo accounts, using click-through rate as the leading signal of showroom intent.
  • Tracks engagement and funnel progression across all four Gabriella White websites.
  • Owns customer and dealer database health in SugarCRM, including segmentation logic and data hygiene.
  • Delivers a weekly marketing pulse summary to the CMO on email, traffic, designer activity, and direct-response results.
  • Serves as the primary contact for the agency of record, co-managing paid media performance and SEO strategy.
  • Reviews monthly matchback reports, maintaining attribution methodology and reporting ROAS to the CMO.
  • Manages mail house and list vendor relationships, and approves agency and vendor invoices.
  • Produces monthly and quarterly cross-channel reports and evaluates direct-response expansion opportunities.
  • Influences marketing investment decisions across the business.


HOW SUCCESS IS MEASURED

  • Weekly and monthly reporting accuracy and timeliness
  • Matchback-verified ROAS by direct-response channel and program
  • Paid media and SEO spend-vs-results reconciliation completion
  • Database segmentation and hygiene health in SugarCRM

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Five or more years in marketing analytics, database marketing, CRM, or direct-response advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or GA4, including traffic source and behavior flow interpretation.
  • Experience with email marketing analytics, including open rate, CTR, and list health.
  • Experience managing customer or prospect database segmentation in a CRM environment.
  • Experience managing external vendors, including mail production, list providers, or agencies.
  • Familiarity with direct-response attribution methodology, including matchback and control-group holdouts.
  • Experience reading and evaluating paid media performance dashboards.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with Windsor.ai, GA4, Klaviyo, SugarCRM, Google Search Console, and Power BI preferred.
