ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Do
- Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Guide clients to the right coverage to protect what matters most
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Present and close insurance solutions in a performance-driven environment
- Deliver a high level of service and act as a trusted resource for clients
- Support policy reviews, renewals, and basic claims guidance
- Stay organized and keep accurate records of client and sales activity
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and development
- Stay sharp on products, industry trends, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to drive agency growth

Licensing
