What Youll Experience:

Responsibilities

What You Will Learn & Do:


Sales & Marketing: Master prospecting, developing sales strategies, and marketing Farmers Insurance products to individuals and businesses. Assist with marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.

Customer Service & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional service.

Business Development: Gain hands-on experience in agency operations, including goal setting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Leadership Training: Develop the skills needed to mentor and lead a team effectively. Track activity and performance goals to support personal and team growth.

Training & Mentorship: Receive one-on-one guidance from an accomplished agency professional while participating in structured learning. Participate actively in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.

Compliance & Operations: Learn industry regulations and best practices to ensure seamless agency operations. Learn and apply agency systems, processes, and performance metrics.


Requirements

Experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles. Highly recommended.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients and team members.

A passion for helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most.

Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and initiative

Coachable and open to feedback in a performance-driven environment

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

Comfortable engaging with clients and building relationships
