Established in 2012, The HealthGuys is a private insurance broker that is founded and owned by an experienced team that provides structure, achievement, and a nationwide marketplace for all its HealthGuys agents.
The perfect candidate is bilingual and someone who takes their roles head-on with determination and responsibility while focusing on the task at hand and multitasking, problem-solving, and communicating. Other characteristics looked for in a HealthGuys agent include critical thinking, a personable attitude, and customer service.
An insurance agent will have the responsibility of contacting the leads and identifying sales opportunities during a consultation with potential clients. Agents will also have to communicate policies accurately, identify risk management strategies, and encourage previous clients towards policy renewal.
We will teach you the skills necessary to be successful in this industry. No license requirements are needed. We will walk you through getting licensed.
