INSURANCE APPRENTICE $40,000-70,000 Yr

Are you driven, goal-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career in the insurance industry? Farmers Insurance District 41 is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Insurance Apprentice Program a hands-on development track that prepares you to become a successful agency owner.

Compensation: Base Pay + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clients with tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most
  • Educate individuals and families on Farmers’ wide range of products
  • Generate new business through networking, lead follow-up, and marketing efforts
  • Deliver excellent service while meeting compliance and industry standards
  • Grow your book of business while building your path to agency ownership

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Ability to obtain or already hold insurance licenses (personal lines, Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Life all acceptable)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
  • A passion for helping others and building long-term relationships
