Job description

Agency is currently hiring a reliable office assistant for our home health agency. Office experience is preferred, but not necessary.

  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be organized.
  • Must be dependable.
  • Must be able to answer multi-line phone.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to communicate with the patient and staff.
  • Must be willing to learn, take direction and instruction.
  • Must be able to do basic office tasks.
  • Must be able to handle additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to prioritize your work.
  • Must be self-motivated.

Position is Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM or 9:00AM-5:00PM.
