Job description

If you are looking for an opportunity to donate your time assisting our team while developing your administrative skills in an office setting, we encourage you to apply to be one of our Office Support Volunteers!

Our office is open from Monday-Friday 9-5 PM. We work with your availability within our operating hours and days. Shifts can vary from 1- 5 hours per available day.

Some tasks included in this opportunity are:

  • Filing/Shredding/Uploading documents
  • Organizing paperwork and the storage room
  • Putting together admission packets and binders
  • Arranging flower bouquets
  • Tidying up the office
  • Decor assistance
