Job description

We are currently HIRING PART TIME an Administrative Assistant III in the city of CORONA, CA.

The Ideal Candidate requires a highly detail-oriented and organized individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilities:

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, reports, forms, and other corporate documents.
  • Managing scheduling, handing email correspondence, maintaining an electronic filling system, and conducting follow-ups.
  • Review, interpret and help implement regulatory and complicance-related documents.
  • Attend Managements, Board, and other corporate meeting, accuratey documenting and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Create and deviler detailed operational and financial reports.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Office Administration or Business Administration REQUIRED.
  • 5 years of experience providing high-level administrative support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, and sheets, Gmail, Microsoft office suite.
  • Must have a CA valid driver license.

Monday-Friday

Hours: 10 am - 2 pm
