Job description

A full-time Administrative Assistant position is now available with Liberty Healthcare.

Liberty Healthcare operates a specialized mental health program which serves adults who are justice-involved and experiencing mental illness.

The program is located within the West Valley Detention Center – a San Bernardino County jail.

Responsibilities

As Liberty Healthcare’s Administrative Assistant your day-to-day work will involve:

  • Providing administrative support to the mental health team
  • Organizing patient charts, electronic files, and other health data
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Composing and editing letters, memoranda, forms, and reports
  • Communicating with stakeholders
  • Assisting with various projects

Work setting

You will work onsite at the West Valley Detention Center at 9500 Etiwanda Ave. in Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739.

Schedule

You will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm.

Pay and benefits

  • $20.00 to $24.00 per hour (depending on qualifications)
