Job description

Full-Time Administrative AssistantRole Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and service-minded Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support the administrative, payroll, financial, and supporting operational systems of our two Chick-fil-A Locations, Boiling Springs and Spartanburg (Asheville Hwy) .

This role works closely with the COO and Operating Partner to help keep important business systems accurate, organized, and running smoothly. The right person will enjoy details, structure, follow-through, and supporting others with excellence.

This position also includes daily restaurant floor support from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday, helping this role stay connected to our customers, team members, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain organized administrative workspaces, office binders, digital files, and team member records
  • Support payroll administration, W-2s, direct deposit updates, tax changes, and confidential employee information
  • Assist with personnel file organization and audits
  • Pay bills and invoices, complete expense reports, and support end-of-month financial tasks
  • Maintain budget trackers, business spreadsheets, collected checks and other assigned financial records
  • Purchase and maintain office supplies for the stores and offsite office
  • Manage uniform returns and related tracking
  • Support vendor records, communication, cost tracking, and administrative follow-through
  • Maintain catering and delivery materials, including thank-you cards, driver monitoring, and vehicle insurance cards
  • Assist with team events, business trip logistics, annual planning sheets, and special projects
  • Serve on the restaurant floor during assigned times with a positive, professional, and hospitable attitude
Qualifications
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion
  • Strong follow-through and ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, digital files, and administrative systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Passion to serve both administratively and operationally
  • Previous administrative, office management, bookkeeping, payroll, and executive assistant experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, payroll, invoices, personnel records, and financial tracking preferred

Schedule

This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Daily floor support is expected from:

  • 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM and
  • 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM

Some flexibility may be needed for deadlines, events, or special projects.
