Livwell Health LLC is currently searching for a professional to fill the position of full-time Administrative Assistant at our clinics in Huntington Beach, Torrance and Newport Beach. The administrative assistant is responsible for answering phones, rooming patients, scheduling appointments, collecting copays and providing non-clinical assistance to healthcare providers for our clinic in Huntington Beach. The selected candidate will be responsible to act as the alternate site administrator for department of health visits as well as other miscellaneous tasks.ย 
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides courteous and respectful customer service to patients
  • Greets visitors, checks in participants, collects copays and schedules appointments
  • Answers and routes incoming calls
  • Maintains office equipment and orders office supplies
  • Receives and organizes deliveries
  • Respects confidentiality of all patients
  • Follows up on medication refills
  • Sends and collects all paperwork for each patient
Educational / Professional Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
Skills:

  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Reliable work history
  • Able to collaborate in a team environment
  • Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer systems(MS Office)
Pay:

$20-$23 an hour

Schedule:
  • Monday: Newport Beach
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays: Huntington Beach
  • Wednesdays: Work from home
  • Fridays: Torrance
