Responsibilities: Provide administrative and customer service support Process order entries, purchase orders, and invoices Coordinate scheduling and assist with daily office operations Order and maintain office supplies Prepare reports and maintain accurate records Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams Perform general administrative duties as needed Qualifications: Previous administrative or customer service experience Experience with order entry, purchase orders, and invoicing Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel Ability to create and maintain reports Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Pay: Up to $30 per hour, depending on experience
