  • identify affected materials, assemblies, and Scope actions
  • support estimate line items with moisture data, photos, notes, and job facts
  • coordinate with operations and project management teams
  • communicate with adjusters regarding documented Scope needs
  • maintain organized files and timely estimate updates
  • help prevent under-scoping, over-scoping, and unsupported estimating

Required Qualifications

  • professional restoration estimating or mitigation scoping experience
  • strong understanding of water mitigation and structural drying
  • ability to write organized, defensible estimates
  • strong documentation habits
  • professional written and verbal communication
  • valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • ability to pass background screening required for work in customer homes and buildings

Skills That Matter

  • technical mitigation knowledge
  • assembly-based scoping logic
  • documentation discipline
  • estimate accuracy
  • professional adjuster communication
  • accountability and follow-through

Benefits

  • medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • life insurance
