Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including employee onboarding, recordkeeping, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will gain valuable knowledge in HR operations and have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, such as preparing new hire paperwork and updating employee records.
  • Maintain and organize HR files and documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Help manage HR databases and update employee information as needed.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive HR data.
