As a vital member of our healthcare community, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational and therapeutic activities for our residents. Responsibilities:
โ€ข Plan, organize, and execute diverse recreational activities, including arts and crafts, games, outings, and entertainment programs
โ€ข Develop and maintain relationships with community resources to provide a wide range of activities and services for residents
โ€ข Collaborate with rehabilitation staff to develop and implement therapeutic activities that support resident goals and outcomes
โ€ข Recruit and train volunteers to assist with activities programming
โ€ข Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities programs, making adjustments as needed

Requirements:
