Administrator, Forms Management POSITION PROFILE
The Forms Management Specialist position is assigned to key customer sites. In addition to delivering certain contracted services, this position is responsible for interfacing with the client to translate instructions from the customer to the production team. This position will work on a specific workflow or process with the customer account. May have on-site/off-site or third-party job coordination and/or job consulting responsibility. Will maintain a high level of customer interaction with a focus on growing volume and new business for the site.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Follows RICOH Service Excellence performance requirements
  • Interface with customers to communicate with production team on higher-level work or job requirements requiring a specific production knowledge or skill.
  • May serve as on-site/off-site sales coordinator.
  • Designs and creates forms or other print materials the customer requests.
  • Adheres to production schedules and deadlines.
  • Reviews proofs and work with printers on production of printed material.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications)
Typically Required:
  • Requires 3+ years experience in a related field.
  • Customer Service experience is required.
  • Copy / Off-set Printing experience preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, Skills And Abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • PC skills and ability to use automated equipment
Working Conditions, MENTAL and PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level
  • Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction • prepare, provide and convey diversified information
  • Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).
  • Moderate dexterity • regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination
