Job description

Brandy Rice with The Forum Group PNW is working with a well respected client to add a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departments
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Promote employer branding through job postings and social media
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred, not required
  • 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
