Summary
As an Associate eDiscovery Project Manager (APM) at Array, you will support the execution of electronic stored information (ESI) projects under the guidance of a Project Manager. You will assist in managing project workflows, client communications, and data processing activities while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Client Needs Discovery: Assist in understanding client requirements and project objectives to support solution development.
  • Consultation and Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to help develop project plans aligned with client goals and business requirements.
  • Project Oversight: Support project execution by monitoring task completion, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Client Communication: Provide project updates and status reports to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Support: Assist clients with technology-related questions and support the effective use of Relativity and related tools.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and help resolve issues involving delivered or hosted data.
  • Data Processing: Support data ingestion and processing activities using Relativity Processing and related workflows.

Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery workflows and technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Relativity Processing and familiarity with additional Relativity functionality.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, review platforms, and related business software.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Ability to identify project issues, evaluate options, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting eDiscovery, litigation support, legal operations, or legal technology projects.
  • Experience working with hosted review platforms.
  • Experience supporting client data management or troubleshooting activities.

Additional Requirements
  • Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required to meet client commitments and project deadlines.

The annual Pay range for this role is $75,000-$90,000 and is will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a quarterly discretionary bonus.
