Join Our Growing Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator!


PCRK Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in talent acquisition within a supportive and fast-paced environment.


The primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is the day-to-day management of recruiting responsibilities including conducting reference checks, ensuring job postings remain current and are refreshed on a pre-set cadence, moving candidates through various stages of the hiring funnel and supporting a streamlined recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities:
Reference Checks
  • Conduct professional reference checks for final-stage candidates.
  • Document and report findings for candidate's profile.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and organizational standards during verification processes.

Job Posting Management

  • Regularly refresh and update active job postings across job boards and internal systems (e.g. iCIMS, Paylocity, and various ATS).
  • Collaborate with TA Team to ensure job descriptions are accurate and compelling.

Candidate Workflow Management

  • Move candidates through various hiring stages in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely communication and accuracy.
  • Follow up with candidates to maintain engagement during the recruitment process.

ATS & System Support

  • Maintain clean and organized candidate pipelines across 131 franchise locations.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with a team of recruiters, hiring managers, and company leaders to support a seamless hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and support multiple candidates and locations.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about recruitment processes.
