Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Agent to join our Real Estate Investment team as an Acquisitions Agent with opportunities to also double as a Dispositions Agent. As an Acquisitions Agent, you will be responsible for acquiring residential properties identified as sound investment opportunities from qualified leads. As a Dispositions Agent, you will be responsible for selling previously acquired properties. This is a commission-based role that offers unlimited earning potential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Willing to get on the phone and be in-person with buyers, including consistent follow-up

  • Generate and close your assigned leads and contracts in a timely manner

  • Communicate with real estate agents and any relevant third parties as needed

  • Receive and review buyers/investor purchase contracts

  • Use the CRM (Podio) daily to add, update and stay on task until deals are closed

  • Maintain regular reporting against KPIs and goals

  • Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue

  • Identify off-market and on-market properties that meet investment criteria.

  • Build and maintain a network of brokers, owners, developers, and other stakeholders to find deals.

  • Conduct due diligence, including property valuations and comps

  • Negotiate purchase price, terms, and contingencies with sellers and brokers.

  • Structure creative deals (e.g., seller financing, joint ventures, assumable loans).

  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process

  • Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and fair housing practices

  • Maintain an active acquisitions pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.

  • Maintain relationships with brokers, buyers, and repeat investors.

  • Build a strong buyer’s list for future dispositions.

  • Represent the company at networking and investment events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of Real Estate Investment Acquisitions/Home Buying Specialist experience

  • Ability to work M-F, 40+ hours/week

  • Experience in analyzing comps of residential properties

  • Familiarity with residential contracts (purchase, sell, amend, terminate)

  • Proven track record of success in KPIs/goals, negotiations, and closing sales

  • Excellent writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills, over the phone, in-person, and via email

  • Great people skills and adaptive to all personality types

  • Responsible, reliable, dependable (show up on time and do what you say you’re going to do)

  • Personal and professional development oriented (always learning and growing)

  • Problem-solver (creative troubleshooting)

  • Professional demeanor with passion for what you do
