Job Description
The Associate will be responsible for specific target markets, applying standard analytic processes to determine whether opportunities meet or exceed the company's investment criteria. Acquisitions associates generally work traditional business hours although driving travel may be required, such as to visit target markets
  • The Acquisitions Associate will work closely with Kape Property Management team and investment committee to identify commercial real estate. investment opportunities, specifically in the multi-family and industrial asset types, in Southern California.
  • The Associate will be responsible for investigating and underwriting potential real estate investment opportunities.
  • Interacting with lenders and investment partners and facilitating purchase transactions.
  • Performing due diligence activities & Interfacing with brokers.

Qualifications
  • 0-3 years relevant experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or real estate preferred
