Acquisition Analyst
The Opportunity :
As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.
As an Acquisition Analyst, you'll bring your analytical, strategic, tactical, and technical expertise to work on projects for high visibility mission sets critical to national security. You'll analyze, assess, plan, and support enterprise communication infrastructure and network services acquisitions. You'll be a t rus ted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you for your comprehensive knowledge of contracting principles and acquisition planning to the overall management of the acquisition process.
You'll guide the work we do for our mission partner and the solutions we deliver for reliable communications vital to national security. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for our mission partner.

You Have:
  • Experience interfacing with stakeholder groups, including the Contracting Officer's Representative ( COR ) and the Contracting Officer ( CO )
  • Experience developing RFPs, including competitive and non-competitive
  • Experience with source selections and technical evaluations
  • Experience with acquisition support to DoD key program milestones and decision events
  • Experience c ond ucting negotiations
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with DoD acquisitions, or 12+ years of experience with DoD acquisitions in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with the development and execution of DoD acquisition strategies
  • Experience with telecommunications acquisition
  • Experience developing and managing OCI Plans
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
