We are a busy, customer-focused dealership seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in accuracy, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

  • Post customer and dealership payments accurately.

  • Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable balances.

  • Prepare and process daily deposits.

  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies.

  • Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.

  • Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments.

  • Assist with month-end closing and other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience required.

  • Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of dealership management systems (Dealertrack, Tekion)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
