  • Youโ€™re a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university:
    • Business Administration, Finance, Management and Organization
  • This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
  • Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
  • In addition to role-specific projects, youโ€™ll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

What you can expect in this roleย ย 

As a Spectrum intern, youโ€™ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.

Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. Youโ€™ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.

This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

Internship responsibilities may include:

The A/P summer intern will provide support to the card program team by assisting in bank card application processes, credit card limit increases and auditing travel and expense reports.ย  This position will also learn other aspects of A/P processing as well as wireless and ECM processes.

  • Assist in processing credit card applications, credit card limit increases, auditing travel and expense processes, and review of mileage submission.ย ย 
  • They will also learn other aspects of accounts payable / transaction accounting such as new vendor setup, help desk, invoice processing, payments, unclaimed property, special projects, wireless, and ECM processes.

Required qualifications

  • Must be a rising junior or rising senior with an expected graduation date between of May 2028 to May 2029
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelorโ€™s degree
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.ย ย 
  • Being a good communicator and general understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
