Job description

Job Summary: A detailed and organized Senior Accountant/Bookkeeper is needed to manage a variety of accounting tasks, including monthly bank reconciliations, monthly and quarterly book closings, and tax filings. This role requires close collaboration with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll (PR) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Execute monthly and quarterly book closings, working with AP, AR, and PR teams to meet deadlines.
  • Review financial books for accuracy, identify errors, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Manage payroll tax filings.
  • Prepare cost reports and other bank reporting as needed.
  • Assist with audits.
