Hydradry, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an individual looking to expand their accounting experience while supporting a fast-paced restoration and construction company.

Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
  • Data entry and maintenance of financial records
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with payroll and employee expense tracking
  • Invoice generation and collections support
  • Vendor account management
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting
  • Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
  • Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experience
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
