About the Role:
ALS Twin Air LLC is looking for a driven and personable Account Manager to join our growing team in Washington, DC. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and play a key role in the continued success of our business. Must have strong diverse customer-vendor relations ability and to work cohesively with internal teammates and with our field services team.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Prepare and present account reports, proposals, and performance updates to clients
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Track account activity and maintain accurate records in CRM software
  • Works well with all levels of teams, management and leadership
  • Ability to work rotating oncall duty [evenings, weekends, and holidays]
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role
