Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrative support contact for designated client accounts.
  • Enter and maintain job orders in Bullhorn (BH) and other client/vendor management systems.
  • Post approved job openings to company websites and internal systems.
  • Manage job order updates, maintenance, and closures.
  • Submit candidate information to client portals and VMS systems.
  • Assist with client communications, including status updates, onboarding coordination, newsletters, and general account support.
  • Track account-related activities and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Maintain candidate and consultant records in Bullhorn and other systems.
  • Conduct consultant care and follow-up communications as needed.
  • Provide backup support for Account Managers and Account Coordinators as needed.

Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
