How You'll Make an Impact

As an Associate Account Management on the digital media team, you'll be a vital support for your team members in programmatic campaign execution. You'll own project management and coordination across various internal Epsilon cross-functional teams, ensuring successful implementation and activation of digital media campaigns. Ensuring client happiness and dedication is key in achieving client goals in a dynamic work setting, making your role crucial.

This role reports to a manager within the digital media team and will involve daily collaboration with numerous internal cross-functional teams, including but not limited to, ad operations, analytics, and client services.

    • Demonstrated expertise in Account Management tools and processes.
    • Ability to create and maintain project timelines and meet deadlines.
    • Experience facilitating daily coordination across internal teams.
    • Capable of assisting with campaign launches and conducting Quality Assurance checks.
  • Campaign Delivery & Performance:
    • Interest in monitoring ongoing campaign activity and identifying optimization opportunities.
    • Ability to track and evaluate program performance.
    • Skilled in handling and preparing performance/critical metric reporting.
  • Client Promotions:
    • Capable of being responsible for and maintaining client promotions.
    • Ability to build and implement client promotions promptly and with attention to detail.

Base Salary: $56,000.00 - $84,000.00 Annually

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

 Compensation Range: USD $56,000.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
