Location: Pacific Northwest Territory

What You'll Learn & Own

  • Develop core account management and consultative selling skills within a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Drive utilization and revenue growth across existing customer accounts.
  • Learn how to analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities within clinical practices.
  • Partner with healthcare providers to help them expand patient access and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Support customers using structured performance tools, including the 5 Stars Success Program.
  • Collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers, Clinical Training Managers, and Regional Practice Managers - learning how highperforming sales teams operate.
  • Travel extensively (up to 75%) to gain infield experience, build relationships, and develop confidence in customerfacing environments.
  • Build strong business discipline through CRM management, forecasting, and expense reporting.
